Bourbon Street Tuna and Broccoli

2 packs frozen broccoli
1 can tuna, flaked
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 cups water
1 egg
Cheddar cheese strips

     Mix together all ingredients except tuna and cheese; blend well.  Fold in tuna. Grease individual ramekins and fill with mixture – place cheese strips on top. Bake 1 hour at 350ºF.  Half way through baking, sprinkle with additional breadcrumbs, if desired.  May also be baked in a casserole dish.
