Chocolate Kahlua Cake

            1 box yellow cake mix
1 large box chocolate instant pudding
4 large eggs
3/4 cup water
1 cup oil
1/4 cup Kahlua
1/4 cup Vodka

Mix cake mix, dry instant pudding mix, eggs, water, oil, kahlua and vodka.  Mix well and pour into greased and floured bundt pan (or use cooking spray).  Bake 45-50 in a 350° preheated oven (check doneness with toothpick). Cool 5 minutes and invert onto plate and remove bundt pan. Cool cake then glaze.

Glaze

3 Tblsp. light corn syrup
2 Tblsp. water
1/2 cup sugar
4 ounces semisweet chocolate chips                                               

In sauce pan add the light corn syrup, water and 1/2 cup sugar.  Stir until sugar is melted.  Add the 4 oz. of chocolate chips.  Stir until chips are melted.  While glaze is still hot, spoon/drizzle glaze over cake.
