Creamy Cilantro Dip
This has a tangy dip that you can also use this as a salad dressing. We love this with corn tortilla chips, and drizzled lightly over salad.

Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1/3 C. mayonnaise
1/2 C. fresh cilantro -- chopped
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. lime peel -- grated
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

Preparation:
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors. Serve with cut-up fresh vegetables or corn tortilla chips.
