Mom’s Dump Cake

1 box yellow cake mix
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can cherry pie filling  
1 cube butter/margarine
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan by spraying with non-stick spray.  “Dump” the can of cherry pie filling and the can of crushed pineapple into the baking pan and spread.  Sprinkle the dry box of yellow cake mix over the top of the cherry/pineapple layer.  Melt butter/margarine and pour over the top of cake mix layer.  Sprinkle with chopped nuts.  Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 min. or until golden.   Enjoy!
